Birthday Party FAQs

Birthday party bookings include park admission and a reserved party area with tables and chairs for your group to enjoy throughout the day.
Guests may bring birthday cakes, water bottles and simple party items such as tablecloths and party hats. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, and balloons and confetti are not allowed inside the park.
Birthday party bookings are date-specific and all sales are final. Unused tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Birthday party bookings go ahead rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather forecast before your visit and planning accordingly. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bookings cannot be rescheduled or rain-checked due to inclement weather.
